Australian actress Margot Robbie proves why she is a rising style star
upon tackling the press circuit for The Wolf of Wall Street

She started her acting career as Donna in Neighbours and has since
garnered much attention for her vivacious and scantily-clad role as
Leonardo DiCaprio's bit on the side in the upcoming film, The Wolf of
Wall Street.
As with any Martin Scorsese-directed project, a host of premieres and
red carpets beckoned for Robbie upon the movie's US release. Ceasing her
moment in the spotlight, the Australian actress upped the style ante
and didn't disappoint.
The New York premiere saw the 23-year-old eschew any hint of winter
weather for a one-shoulder, white Armani Privé gown with a sequinned
black panel and open back (above). Our favourite part? The Jacob &
Co diamond-encrusted armour ring and sassy side-swept hair.
Margot has since run with the monochrome theme, and attended various
press junkets in sleek, form-fitting checked dresses by Oscar de la
Renta and Peter Pan collared Ralph Lauren tops. The nude-and-black
leopard print Paule Ka coat thrown over her 'Renta was a particular
highlight.

Her instant likeability and stylishness stems not from her comedic
Aussie soap opera past, but from her similarity to actresses Emma Stone
and Carey Mulligan, who also made paired-down, chic ensembles their
go-to red carpet uniform.

With Mulligan a fan of Prada and Stone safely under Burberry's wing,
it will be interesting to see which designers envelop Robbie permanently
into the fashion fold.
Margot, it was fleeting, but we welcome your red carpet return come awards season.
